||||| TRIBES |||| More than eighty African Americans have played Survivor. The stories of our Tribe are rich and deep but are often condensed to stereotypes or pushed aside by content providers who don’t understand our stories and believe they will not resonate with the viewing audience.

||||| TRIBULATIONS |||| Survivor, as of one of the most popular and influential reality television shows in history has an opportunity and responsibility to feature Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) in their full breadth and depth. Survivor and all those who represent it, should reflect and honor the racial diversity of our country--both in front of and behind the camera.
